Description

SEAT Altea XL – Great Family Car – Fresh MOT – 89,000 Miles
£1,500
A very practical and spacious SEAT Altea XL, offering excellent value for money. This is a genuine private sale and the car has just been through an MOT, making it ready to drive away. Service history/maintence paperwork availble, with servicing carried out during my ownership, although it hasen't been serviced every year.
The car has covered approximately 89,000 miles, which is good mileage for its age, and has been a useful family car. The XL offers a surprisingly large amount of interior space and boot capacity while still being easy to drive and park.
Highlights:
Approx. 89,000 miles
Fresh MOT
Spacious Altea XL body
Large, practical boot
Alloy wheels
Roof rails
Good tyres
New break discs and pads
Economical diesel engine
Comfortable and easy to drive
Ideal family car or second vehicle
Very clean and presentable for its age
The car drives well and has been maintained during my ownership. It is an older car, so it does have some age-related cosmetic marks. There is some lacquer/clear-coat deterioration to the rear quarter panel, which can be seen in the photographs. This is cosmetic only and has been taken into consideration in the asking price.
The bodywork is otherwise in good condition for a 2011 vehicle, and the car presents particularly well for its age.
Priced at £1,500. I'm happy to consider sensible offers from someone viewing the car, but please no unrealistic offers before seeing it.
Viewing welcome and recommended.
