So far everything is going great with Kassoom tutoring. Teacher is very attentive and the admin team seem very supportive. We had only one lesson so far so I hope things go smoothly and as planned.

Poor management. They will continue to charge your money, even you already stop their service. Account manager did not reply your email.

We have only just signed up but so far communication and understanding is 10/10 I only gave 4/5 because I am yet to see if my son progresses

Although it is still too early to provide a full assessment of the company’s services, as we have only recently started working with them, I have been very impressed with their approach so far. They were professional, responsive and very helpful throughout our discussions, and they gave us a clear and convincing explanation of how they intend to deliver the required tuition service. We are looking forward to working with them to support and prepare my child for his GCSE examinations, and I am hopeful that the experience will continue to be positive.
