Description
We are seeking a Public Relations Officer to support business growth, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company’s traditional Chinese wellness and holistic therapy services
Manage and protect the company’s brand reputation and ensure consistent external messaging.
Manage press releases, promotions and communications in English and Chinese.
Build and maintain professional relationships with wellness, lifestyle, and trade publications, partners, and corporate clients.
Represent the company at wellness events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Advise senior management on brand positioning, public perception, and communication strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication of service standards and customer experience initiatives.
Monitor feedback, reviews, and market trends, producing reports and recommendations.
Support business development and partnership initiatives.
Ensure external communications comply with UK advertising standards, data protection laws, and professional ethics.
Skills & Experience
Experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Ability to create and deliver PR and communication strategies
Confident attending and representing the company at events and exhibitions
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of UK advertising standards, data protection, and ethical communications
Experience or interest in wellness, holistic therapy, or traditional Chinese health is an advantage
