Job Description

* Your role will involve new and existing business development with the Companies target market

* Building relationships over the phone and face to face in meetings

* Resourcing candidates across several job boards, advertising jobs, interviewing candidates both face to face and over the phone and preparing candidates for interview.

* You will receive excellent in-house training, unrivalled resources to enable you to earn bonus, on-going support and development and a fun and friendly working environment.

Person specification:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Positive and confident personality

* Excellent listening skills and able to pick things up quickly

* Good MS knowledge, Word, Excel and Outlook
