Description
Our client is a well–established mortgage and financial services business that works closely with local estate agency partners to help customers secure their ideal home. They offer a supportive, customer–focused environment with excellent training, career development, and recognition for success.
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will support customers with their mortgage and protection needs, build strong relationships, work alongside estate agents to generate new business and access the whole of the market to find suitable solutions.
Full training and support will be provided, with a clear pathway to develop your mortgage advisory career.
Working pattern will be five days per week, including Saturdays, with two Saturdays off each month.
Our Ideal Candidate
Will be a confident communicator who is customer–focused, driven and motivated to succeed. Previous mortgage experience is not essential, but a genuine interest in financial services and a passion for helping customers are important. CeMAP1 qualified or studying towards this.
