Salary up to 35k – Depending on Experience

Working for a successful consumer wholesale business, this is a highly visible role focused on growing TikTok Shop revenue through a combination of short–form content creation and live commerce. The successful candidate will be the on–camera face of the brand, creating engaging TikTok content and hosting live shopping events that drive sales and audience growth.

Responsibilities:

Live Hosting

Host regular TikTok Shop live selling sessionsDemonstrate products and answer customer questions in real timeDrive sales, engagement, and conversions during live streamsBuild a consistent live audience and communityAnalyse performance metrics including GMV, CTR, viewers, and conversion ratesContent Creation

Create, film, edit, and publish TikTok videosProduce content such as: Product demonstrationsTutorialsUnboxingsTrend–led contentManage content calendars aligned with launches and promotionsSet up basic filming environments and source props/samplesGrowth & Performance

Track engagement and sales performanceOptimise content based on analyticsSupport seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and affiliate activityStay current with TikTok trends and TikTok Shop developmentsCollaboration

Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teamsSupport influencer and affiliate partnershipsEnsure TikTok activity aligns with wider brand campaignsSkills Required:

Must have previous experience working in a similar TikTok/Content Creator/Social Media roleConfident and engaging on–camera presenceExperience creating TikTok, Reels, or other short–form video contentBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)Strong communication and presentation skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to sell products effectivelySelf–motivated and comfortable working to a live broadcast scheduleExperience working with retail beauty brands or haircare productsPrevious TikTok Live hosting experienceTikTok Shop experienceLive commerce or social selling experienceQVC–style presenting backgroundExisting TikTok followingExperience analysing content performance metricsThis role is best suited to a commercially minded content creator who enjoys being on camera and can combine entertaining content with sales–driven live commerce.
