Telesales / Sales Support Inbound Focus with Commission and Bonus!

Location: Slough

Salary: GBP31,500 Monthly Commission Annual Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm

(Please note: one late shift per week, 11:30am 7:30pm)

We re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated sales professional to join the team in this hybrid role part Telesales, part Sales Support where account management, customer care and upselling go hand–in–hand. Answer inbound customer calls and process orders efficiently Build lasting relationships through account management Promote and upsell new and promotional product lines Make outbound calls to lapsed accounts and warm prospects Move promotional stock through targeted customer campaigns Handle queries with professionalism and a customer–first attitude Support with general admin and regular sales reporting We re Looking For:

Previous experience in telesales, account management or internal sales A confident and professional phone manner Strong customer service skills you ll be the voice of the brand A can–do attitude and proactive approach to hitting targets Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable working to individual and team KPIs What to do now:
