Job Title: Civil Enforcement Officer

Location: Brentwood

Temp ongoing role

£14.15 PAYE hour

Are you ready to make a difference in your community while enjoying a fulfilling career outdoors? Our client is seeking a dedicated Civil Enforcement Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol parking zones, car parks, and on-street parking areas.

Provide information and assistance to the public with a friendly approach.

Enforce parking regulations and issue fines to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Report defects in road signs and maintain parking equipment.

What We're Looking For:

Basic literacy and comprehension skills.

Previous experience in customer service or complaints handling.

Confident and positive communicator; a good listener who remains calm under pressure.

Detail-oriented with a professional image, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Flexibility to work varied shifts (Monday to Saturday) and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Valid full manual driving licence.

Experience in Civil Enforcement
