35,000 – 45,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Bonus + Progression + Training + Bonus

Do you have sales experience within the Construction industry with knowledge of construction equipment, plant, tool hire or groundworks looking for a field–based role with excellent training and progression?

The company supplies a range of temporary equipment and solutions to the construction industry and is continuing to grow due to strong market demand. You will receive full product training and work closely with an experienced Sales Director while developing your own client base.

In this role, you will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities and visit construction sites across your territory. You will combine technical knowledge with business development and relationship management to support continued regional growth.

With that, the ideal candidate will have experience within construction, plant, tool hire or a similar environment, alongside strong communication skills and the ambition to develop within a sales career.

The Role:

Managing and developing existing customer accountsGenerating new business opportunities across the regionVisiting construction sites and meeting customersIdentifying opportunities through leads and market informationProviding technical and product support to customersManaging sales administration and account activityOne day per week completing administration from the branchCovering the Reading territory

The Person:

Experience within construction, plant, tool hire or a related industryStrong communication and relationship–building skillsConfident and commercially mindedEager to learn and develop within technical salesComfortable working independently in a field–based roleFull UK Driving Licence
