They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisorto join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and identifying opportunities to support customers while developing a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.

* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

* Providing advice and recommendations based on customer requirements.

* Preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records.

* Proactively following up enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.

* Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate.

* Undertaking outbound contact with existing, lapsed and prospective customers.

* Resolving customer queries and providing a consistently high level of service.

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing sales activity effectively.

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Experience and Skills Requirements

* Previous experience in a sales, customer service, account management or client-facing role.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Proven ability to work towards targets and deliver excellent customer service.

* Confident telephone manner and ability to engage with customers effectively.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
