Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Five Education is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader to join our central Bristol office, working 7am–4pm.

We're seeking a skilled recruiter with experience in either the education or healthcare sector. You'll be confident developing business, managing relationships, and supporting others while running your own successful desk. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a growing company and help shape its future.

We offer a tailored position to match your experience and leadership style, along with an industry–leading commission structure (up to 17.5% of margin paid monthly).

Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP38,000 basic. OTE: Year 1: GBP36,250 – GBP44,250. Year 2: GBP42,500 – GBP52,500

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience within education or healthcare

Proven record of building and maintaining a successful desk

Previous experience mentoring or leading others (preferred)

Full UK driving licence

Able to work full–time and commute to BS1 for 7am starts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident, personable, and relationship–driven

Organised, proactive, and commercially minded

Motivated to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates
