Acorn by Synergie is seeking a creative and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our client, a respected housebuilder based in the Forest of Dean.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering digital campaigns that enhance brand presence, attract new homebuyers, and showcase high–quality housing developments. Key Duties

Digital Marketing and Content Creation

Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider group objectives.

Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive leads and increase brand awareness.

Manage website content and performance, including SEO, user experience, and analytics.

Coordinate email marketing campaigns for new developments, show home launches, and promotions.

Create engaging copy and visuals for digital campaigns, collaborating with internal and external creative teams.

Campaign Management and Reporting

Oversee campaigns from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and performance.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HouseBuilder Pro) to monitor performance and ROI.

Report regularly on KPIs and insights to support strategic decisions.

Brand Development

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.

Collaborate with Sales to create marketing materials for launches and on–site activity.

Support community engagement and CSR campaigns that reflect company values.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within property, construction, or a related sector.

Strong working knowledge of social media management, SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.

Experience managing WordPress websites and working with developers.

Confident in creating and editing digital content including visuals, short videos, and campaign copy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.

Highly organised with strong project management skills.

Desirable

Understanding of homebuyer journeys, lead generation, and property marketing.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
