The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client's high–performing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that senior executives within a portfolio of major global enterprises receive maximum value from their membership. You'll manage relationships with C–suite leaders and their teams, driving engagement, retention, and growth opportunities.
This is a strategic role requiring commercial acumen, relationship–building skills at the highest level, and the ability to align client priorities with our client's market–leading offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the engagement strategy for your portfolio, ensuring clients consistently realise value and maintain long–term loyalty.Drive retention by proactively managing touchpoints, product usage, and alignment with evolving business needs.Own the commercial process for renewals end–to–end, identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate.Build trusted relationships with senior executives, becoming a strategic partner in achieving their objectives.Collaborate with product, research, and delivery teams to tailor engagement plans for each account.Monitor engagement data and client feedback to identify risks and address them before they impact retention.Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights to guide future product and service development.What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in enterprise subscription, research, or SaaS account management or sales.Proven track record of exceeding retention and sales targets, including six–figure enterprise deals.Skilled in negotiating with senior stakeholders and procurement teams.Ability to challenge and inspire senior executives, building strong emotional and strategic connections.Exceptional communication skills, with resilience and a solutions–focused mindset.Comfortable working in a fast–evolving, high–growth business environment.What's On Offer
