Day-to-day of the role:

Handle all new customer enquiries, converting qualified leads into booked appointments for our design consultants.Conduct high-quality sales follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed and our sales pipeline remains robust.Brief our sales consultants thoroughly, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet customer expectations.Support post-sale activities, including booking appointments and updating customers, to ensure smooth handovers across teams.Maintain a friendly and supportive environment, prioritising the customer's needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced or sales-led environment.Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and via email.Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented approach.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Team player with a flexible, solution-focused attitude.Motivated by delivering high-quality service and achieving individual targets.Benefits:
