£28,168 - £39,244 per annum, pro rata (Dependant on skills, qualifications and experience)

Fixed Term Maternity Cover until 28/02/26

Part Time 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Wiltshire College & University Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Midwifery to join our team.

Lecturer in Midwifery – The Role:

Lecturer in Midwifery – Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching to students across a variety of courses.

* Collaborate with a passionate team to develop curriculum and embed best practices.

* Stay current with industry trends and ensure teaching reflects the latest standards and regulations.

Lecturer in Midwifery – You:

We’re looking for:

* A qualified midwife with up-to-date registration (NMC)

* Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and maternity care standards

* A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential

* Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills

* A passion for education and nurturing student development
