A boutique, multi-branch estate agency with deep local roots is seeking a personable and driven Estate Agent to join their expanding team. With offices across East London and West Essex, this agency is known for its client-first approach, stylish branding, and commitment to professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting property viewings, valuations, and negotiations
Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Generating new instructions through canvassing and local networking
Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
Supporting the team with marketing, lead follow-up, and diary managementIdeal Candidate
Previous experience in residential sales or a strong customer-facing background
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional, well-presented, and confident in client interactions
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine interest in property
Car driver with access to a vehicle preferredAbout the Company

Basic salary of £18,000–£21,000 depending on experience
