Franchised Motor Dealership – Boston

We're delighted to be working with an award–winning, AM100 listed dealership group as they look to appoint an experienced Sales Manager for their incredible site in Boston.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader to take on a pivotal role within a well established, family owned business that is continuing to grow and invest.

Salary & Package:

Basic salary: 40,000 per annum

Realistic OTE: 60,000 to 65,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Manager with:

Previous experience managing a franchised dealership sales department

A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive environment

Excellent leadership and communication skills

A customer–focused approach aligned with brand standards

You'll be joining a highly respected dealer group employing over 300 people and representing seven leading manufacturers, including two recognised as the UK's best for customer service. The business is family owned, with a long–serving senior management team who have worked together for over a decade.
