As a Sales Executive, you'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of handling all incoming enquiries, providing and chasing quotes to drive conversions, and fostering genuine, long-lasting customer relationships that build the company's reputation. You'll become a pivotal part of a unified sales team, working closely with the hire desk and admin functions to deliver outstanding customer engagement. Your flair for communication and relationship building will be essential as you proactively identify opportunities, manage customer interactions with professionalism and warmth, and contribute to the team's growth targets—giving you genuine autonomy, real impact on company performance, and the satisfaction of seeing your sales efforts directly drive business expansion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This Sales Executive role would suit someone with a passion for sales and drive to excel in a dynamic environment who brings a confident, customer-focused approach and a fun, focused, energetic spirit. You'll have proven ability in handling enquiries, providing quotations, and chasing sales through to completion, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in equipment or contract hire would be particularly valuable, along with proficiency in CRM systems and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Discretionary profit-related bonus paid monthly
