* Proven B2B sales or telesales experience

* Background in account management or outbound lead generation

So, what will you be doing?

* Engaging with new and existing clients nationwide to build strong, long-term relationships

* Creating tailored proposals and quotes aligned to client needs

* Closing sales confidently while delivering excellent customer service

* Maintaining accurate CRM records including contacts, activity and orders

* Following up on all leads and communications in line with company procedures

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

* Meeting achievable daily KPIs including call volumes, talk time and conversion rates

* Supporting senior sales leaders with lead follow-ups and client visits when required
