Sales Executive

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client based in Camberley.

Drive profitable revenue by converting inbound and self–generated enquiries into confirmed orders. The Sales Executive owns the client journey from initial concept discussion to contract signature, ensuring every proposal meets technical, aesthetic and budget requirements while upholding company reputation for service and quality.

The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Respond to phone, email and web–generated enquiriesQualify project scope, budget, timeline and decision–makersMaintain accurate opportunity data in CRMReceive Architect, Designer or Client Briefs / Design IntentsRun Zoom/Teams presentations and in–person meetings as requiredAdvise architects, designers and contractors on fabric types, acoustic performance, lighting integration, fixings and detailingDevelop Design, Fabrication and Installation Proposals.Provide Design and Specification AdviceLiaise with internal design team to develop layouts, construction methods and fabric patternsConduct take–offs from drawings; calculate quantities, perimeter track, fittings and labour, along with all other associated projects costsProduce itemised quotations using company pricing templatesPresent proposals, negotiate pricing and T&Cs within margin guidanceObtain written purchase orders or contracts; hand over to project deliveryForecast monthly revenue; flag risks/opportunities to managementCoordinate with Project Managers to schedule surveys, production and install datesAttend trade shows, CPD events and networking functions to nurture new specifier relationshipsAttend Projects to complete, Sales Visits, Site Inspections, Surveys and Construction Advice.

The Sales Executive will have:

Experience in construction, interiors or technical building products desirableAbility to read & interpret architectural drawings (PDF/DWG)Working knowledge of CAD–viewer or basic AutoCADStrong commercial numeracyConfident presenter (in–person & virtual) with persuasive written skillsProficient in MS Office & cloud CRM
