Senior Sales Executive – New Homes | £34K + Commission | OTE £40-£45K+ | Near Leeds, Bradford, Ilkley, Yorkshire

What You’ll Be Doing:

Selling stunning new homes and apartments, off-plan and ready-to-move-in
*
Hosting engaging tours of developments and show homes
*
Managing the full sales journey, from enquiry to completion
*
Building lasting relationships with buyers through empathy and professionalism
*
Collaborating with an enthusiastic sales and marketing team to drive growth
What You Bring:

Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or property development
*
Confident, warm, and persuasive communication style
*
Commercial acumen and a track record of hitting targets
*
Strong presentation skills and a proactive mindset
*
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
