Salary: £25,000 plus commission (OTE £32,000 per annum)

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive sales, and develop product expertise within a specialist retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and guiding customers through product choices

Driving sales and achieving individual and team targets

Maintaining strong product knowledge (full training on fire and stove products will be provided)

Processing sales orders and managing customer enquiries

Ensuring the showroom is well presented at all times

Requirements / Skills:

Previous sales experience is essential

Must be IT literate and confident using computer systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

A proactive and motivated approach to achieving targets

What’s on Offer:

Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission

Full product training provided

Commission scheme

Stable, full-time working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
