Sales and Accounts Executive

Lincolnshire Based

39k + commision

Monday to Friday

JOB PURPOSE

This key role will play a vital part in driving the organisation's sales function, ensuring the continued success and growth of my clients business.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a first–class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across all products and services.

Achieve agreed personal sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations using a range of media and techniques.

Maintain regular, effective, and timely engagement with all prospects and customers, ensuring that all contact is recorded accurately in the CRM system.

Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of sales goals.

Develop business proposals for prospects and customers.

Conduct sales meetings with potential and existing clients.

Gather and share market intelligence to support strategic and operational planning.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, learners, and partners.

Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.

Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and promotional activities, including taking minutes when required.

Organise and support events that promote our organisation, our learners, and our achievements, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Undertake any other duties commensurate with this post.

REQUIREMENTS

A full driving licence and use of your own vehicle are essential, as you will be responsible for managing an area covering Louth to Stamford, across to the East Coast and west to Newark–on–Trent.

This is a home–based position, and the ideal candidate will be located centrally within the sales area.
