Outbound calls to new and existing customers (warm) and task managementProviding quotes and converting salesAccount Managing clients in order to ensure repeat businessAssisting customers with general l queriesHandling customer service enquiriesWorking to targetsConduct Customer care callsUpselling and cross selling additional products and servicesThis role is ideal if you are energetic and outgoing with experience in working within a sales environment.
