Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our wide range of customers.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Drive sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features.

Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain an organised workspace and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales strategies.

Utilise IT systems to track sales performance and customer interactions accurately.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and you must be available on saturdays during our busy period.
