Sales Administrator

Salary: GBP26,000 basic + GBP4,000 commission (OTE GBP30,000)

Hours: Full–time

Location: Fleet, hybrid after training period

We re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and fast–paced organisation based in Fleet.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service or sales support who enjoys working in a busy environment. You ll become part of a supportive and ambitious team, providing essential sales administration while helping to manage quotations, customer renewals and orders.

About the candidate

You ll be a confident and personable individual with previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support. Highly organised and self–motivated, you ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer–focused approach and excellent attention to detail. Good numerical skills are important, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

You ll enjoy being part of a team, bring a positive and flexible approach to your work and be keen to learn and develop. Previous experience preparing quotations or working with a CRM system would be an advantage, but isn t essential.
