KEY DUTIES

Onboard and train customers, supporting setup and aligning with Sales requirements efficiently.Build strong customer relationships, drive retention, upsell opportunities, and monitor system usage to improve experience.Provide technical support, manage renewals, track engagement, and act as the customer's voice for product enhancements.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

2+ years' experience in market research, project management, or survey programming with client–facing skills.Exceptional communication and relationship–building abilities, driving retention, loyalty, and successful account management consistently.Self–motivated, tech–savvy, outgoing professional thriving in start–up environments and eager to take ownership.Interested in this Research Account Manager role?
