Our client is a growing European provider of industrial workplace organisation, visual management and continuous improvement solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage key accounts across the South of England.

The Role

Manage and grow an established customer portfolio. Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors. Conduct customer site visits across the South and Midlands. Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and operational efficiency through lean and visual management solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, pilot projects and customer presentations. Maintain CRM records and manage your territory autonomously. The Person

3 to 5+ years' B2B field sales experience. Background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering or material handling sectors. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or 5S principles is highly desirable. Self–motivated, organised and capable of managing a territory independently. Practical, hands–on approach with a consultative sales style. Full UK driving licence. The Package
