Integra is expanding, and we re looking for an enthusiastic, results–driven Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our Warrington team. Location: Warrington, WA2

Salary: GBP30,000 GBP35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM 5:30PM & Friday: 7:30AM 4:00PM

What You ll Be Doing:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understanding client needs to deliver effective, tailored recruitment solutions. Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement and aftercare. Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using job boards, CV databases, and social media platforms. What We re Looking For:
