Due to continued success, we re hiring 3x Search Consultants to support delivery across the business in key areas:

Executive–level You ll report directly to our Co–Founder and MD, supporting on high–level mandates with C–suite clients globally. This is a fast–paced, high–expectation role with a clear month path into a client–facing position, learning executive search hands–on from the top. Mobility Reporting into our global top biller (on track for GBP1m+ in 2025), you ll support one of the most successful teams in the business. This is an opportunity to learn directly from a market leader but it s only for the highly driven, self–motivated, and sharp communicators. Semiconductors & Vehicle Tech You ll support two of our fastest–growing consultants, on projects spanning cutting–edge startups and major global semiconductor clients. Expect over 40 live roles, fast–moving delivery work, and hands–on learning in a booming market.

About the Role

As a Search Consultant, you ll:

Work on live global accounts from day one (deals averaging GBP45k GBP100k+) Source and headhunt exceptional candidates across EMEA, US, and APAC Build long–term relationships with senior professionals in mobility, energy & semiconductor industries Learn market mapping, interview management, and how to deliver value in a fast–changing industry

What We re Looking For:

6 18 months in a recruitment or sales environment (ideal, not essential) Articulate, confident communicator – especially on the phone Intelligent, detail–oriented and emotionally savvy Hungry to grow, succeed, and make a mark
