Your new companyA leading organisation based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver critical projects within their Contact Centre portfolio. Your new roleYou will manage the end-to-end delivery of Contact Centre projects, including telephony and CRM integrations. This role involves planning, coordinating testing (SIT/UAT), managing deployments, and ensuring smooth transition into BAU. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Contact Centre environments.Strong understanding of telephony processes and business lifecycle.Experience implementing solutions integrated with Salesforce (Freshdesk, Amazon Connect also desirable).Expertise in inbound/outbound call handling and CRM integration.Background in delivering IT business system projects (CRM or ERP).Skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
