Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Partnerships and Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic sales support team. This role is vital in assisting our senior sales team with brand partnerships, consultancy projects, and wholesale sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in customer service and have a solid understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Partnerships Support

Conduct research, outreach, and onboarding of new brand partners.

Coordinate partnership activations, tracking deliverables and timelines.

Support the development of presentations, reports, and pitches for potential collaborations.

Manage day-to-day communications with partners and internal stakeholders.

2. Consultancy Project Support

Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of consultancy projects.

Liaise with clients to gather briefs, feedback, and required assets.

Contribute to the ideation and development of creative or strategic proposals.

Conduct market and competitor research to inform consultancy deliverables.

3. Wholesale Sales Support

Support the sales cycle across wholesale accounts - from initial outreach to order fulfilment.

Assist with preparing line sheets, lookbooks, and sales decks.

Help manage inventory tracking and order processing in coordination with logistics and operations.

Attend trade shows, appointments, or virtual sell-ins as needed.

4. General

Maintain accurate records and documentation using CRM and project management tools.

Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, project status, and sales metrics.

Stay informed about industry trends and key market developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles.

Proficiency in CRM systems, primarily Salesforce.

Strong organisational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
