Operations Manager – Chichester (Hybrid)

Due to continued growth, our well–established client is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their vibrant team in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Location: Chichester – just a 10–minute walk from the train station

Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 days in the office per week

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll lead service delivery and workflow management across the Operations Team. Your focus will be on optimising resource use, driving productivity, and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership/Management

Lead and support a team of 10–15 Operations AnalystsConduct regular check–ins and performance reviewsPromote well–being and development through training and mentoringManage recruitment and annual leave in partnership with HRFoster a collaborative and engaging team cultureResource & Workflow Management

Oversee daily operations and ensure quality outputMaintain the delivery calendar and manage capacity planningMonitor task progress and remove delivery barriersEncourage open communication and teamworkContinuous Improvement

Work with analysts to map processes and identify efficiency'sDevelop KPI reports with actionable insightsUse customer feedback to drive long–term improvements
