The New Homes Sales Negotiator Package:

Basic salary circa GBP20,000-GBP25,000pa depending on experience.Commission structure and performance bonusesRealistic OTE GBP30,000-GBP40,000paCareer progression opportunities within the businessThe New Homes Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:

Assisting with the sale of new build residential developmentsRegistering and qualifying applicantsConducting viewings and dealing with buyer enquiriesManaging leads and maintaining regular client contactAssisting with reservations.Providing excellent customer service throughout the buying processThe New Homes Sales Negotiator Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year Sales experience in New HomesWell presented and confident communicatorPositive attitude with strong people skillsOrganised and motivatedFull UK driving licence essentialMust be able to driveInterest in property and new homesWorking Hours:
