Forever Education is supporting a unique independent SEN group that deliver therapeutic, trauma–informed education for children and young people with special educational needs (SEN), SEMH, and neurodiverse learning profiles.

They are looking for a Marketing Officer to join them ASAP on a permanent basis employed directly by the school. The role will be based in central services in Wimbledon 3 days a week, and 2 days a week from home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role will lead the marketing and communications for all in person London schools and services within the trust. The Marketing officer will be a dynamic generalist, adept at managing multiple marketing channels and projects. You will be working closely with the central marketing team, the marketing officer will collaborate closely with service leads, schools and support teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns. Identify and act on opportunities to grow audience engagement across all media channels Editing videos and uploading on relevant platforms Develop and manage social media Plan and support events and open days PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

Degree in Marketing or relevant marketing work experience GCES in English and Maths graded (4–9 –A –C) Marketing experience in Education, Training, Therapy or not for profit organisation Confident in using social media scheduling tools e.g Mailchimp, Hootsuite etc Experience in Video editing using platforms such as Canva, Premier Pro Competent in using data and analytics to inform decisions Excellent project management skills If you are interested in this Marketing Officer opportunity, interviews can be arranged immediately
