Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a well–established and highly successful multi–site consumer business that is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team.

Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted marketing activity across a variety of offline and customer engagement channels to support venue performance and brand awareness.Partner with venue and regional leadership teams to understand local market opportunities and identify marketing solutions that deliver commercial results.Coordinate the creation, production, and deployment of marketing collateral to support promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.Act as a key marketing contact for operational stakeholders, offering guidance, recommendations, and best–practice support.Work closely with creative, operational, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through reporting and evaluation, identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.Manage designated campaign budgets, ensuring expenditure is controlled and marketing investment delivers maximum value.Contribute to broader marketing projects and business initiatives, supporting the achievement of company–wide growth objectives.The Successful Candidate Will:

Have previous experience within a marketing, campaign, or communications role, ideally supporting multiple locations or business units.Possess strong knowledge of traditional marketing channels such as print, direct mail, outdoor advertising, events, and local promotions.Demonstrate experience planning, coordinating, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.Have excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of a business.Take a proactive and solutions–focused approach to work, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.Be comfortable analysing campaign results and using insights to improve future performance.Hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel regularly across the region as required.
