Marketing Executive

SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a client based in South Leicester to recruit a Marketing Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine impact – not just supporting marketing activity, but taking ownership and driving meaningful change. The role is hands–on and suited to someone proactive, creative, and commercially minded, who takes pride in delivering work that produces real results.

Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum

Hours: Full–time

Location: Office–based, South Leicester

You'll be joining a fast–paced and competitive environment where marketing plays a key role in driving performance, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Creative & Content Development

Create high–quality, conversion–focused content across social media, paid campaigns, and website channelsDesign a variety of marketing materials including brochures, onboarding content, and campaign assetsEnsure brand consistency while adapting content for different platforms and audiencesUse design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging visuals Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media channels, including Meta and LinkedInDrive engagement to support brand awareness, visibility, and lead generationMonitor performance and optimise content based on insights and trendsEmail & Database MarketingBuild and optimise targeted email campaigns across various customer databasesDevelop automated customer journeys to improve efficiency and user experienceContinuously test and refine campaigns to improve ROI and overall performance Campaign Management

Plan, deliver, and optimise multi–channel marketing campaignsMonitor and improve key performance metrics such as lead generation and conversion ratesIdentify challenges, analyse performance, and implement improvements Performance & Insight

Track performance across all marketing channelsAnalyse data and turn insights into actionable improvementsIdentify successful strategies and scale them effectivelyProduce reports to support internal decision–making Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activity with business prioritiesCollaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversionRespond quickly to opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive market Ownership & Initiative

Take full ownership of marketing projects from concept through to deliveryProactively identify opportunities to improve campaigns, processes, and performanceBring forward new ideas and contribute to continuous improvementProduct & Audience UnderstandingDevelop a strong understanding of the company's products and target audiencesTailor marketing activity to different customer needs and behavioursTranslate offers into clear, compelling marketing messages About You
