Immediate Start

Edgbaston, Birmingham

Actual Salary: GBP24,933 – GBP29,571 per annum dependent on experience and skills

Hours: 40 hour per week. Monday Friday (with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekend to support with events)

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Admissions Assistant to support the promotion and continued growth of the school. This varied role sits at the heart of our marketing and admissions activity, helping to attract new families and ensure an excellent experience for prospective parents.

Working within the Marketing and Admissions team, the successful candidate will support digital marketing campaigns, content creation and communications, while also assisting with the admissions process and key school events.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and play an important role in promoting the school and supporting pupil recruitment.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications, key responsibilities include:

Supporting delivery of the school s marketing activity, including Meta advertising campaigns Creating and managing content for the website, social media and email campaignsCoordinating the weekly school newsletter and termly magazineUpdating website content and supporting the production of marketing materialsAssisting with admissions enquiries and maintaining accurate records on the school MISSupporting prospective families through the admissions processHelping plan and deliver open mornings, tours and other school events The School

The Person

Experience in digital marketing, particularly Meta advertisingStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA professional, welcoming approach when working with prospective familiesFamiliarity with Canva, WordPress and Mailchimp would be advantageous.
