Responsibilities

Manage all supply contracts, including Local Authority, Commercial & Industrial, and merchant fuel agreements. Ensure contractual, regulatory, legal, and company compliance requirements are fully met. Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain contract risk registers and mitigation plans. Requirements

Energy from waste is strongly desirable or similar Strong contract management experience. Commercial contract negotiation and management expertise. Knowledge of waste industry legislation and compliance requirements. Experience of Local Authority contract delivery. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss accounts, and financial reporting. Hours
