Description
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join a globally operating Precision Engineering / manufacturing company with their UK office in South Nottingham. You will manage and grow key customer accounts across the UK and Northern, Western, & Southern Europe, as well as South Africa.
This is a hybrid working position, so you ll ideally live within a commutable distance of South Nottingham.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you ll take ownership of customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and work closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver first–class service. You ll be part of a business that values initiative, teamwork, and long–term career growth.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts across international territoriesIdentify and develop new opportunities to increase sales revenueProvide technical and commercial input for quotation and project supportWork collaboratively with engineering, purchasing, and sales support teamsUpdate and maintain CRM records (Salesforce experience desirable)Follow structured territory and account management strategies Skills & Experience
Proven experience in B2B technical sales or account managementBackground in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial salesIdeally hold a Degree or equivalent experience in a technical disciplineExcellent communication and relationship–building skillsProficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)Confident decision–maker who aligns with company strategy and objectivesFrench speaking would be highly advantageous, but not essential If you re an Internal Sales Representative who enjoys building strong relationships, understands technical products, and is ready for the next step with a global manufacturer, we d love to hear from you.
