A market leader in electrical solutions for challenging and hazardous environments is seeking a Sales Coordinator to connect customers, suppliers, and the sales team.
In this pivotal role, youll manage orders, quotations, and customer enquiries, while supporting Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional service and meet branch objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Process quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders accuratelyBuild strong relationships with customer accountsFollow up on quotes to secure new businessManage supplier orders, returns, and non-conformancesKeep CRM data up to dateSupport the sales team and contribute to process improvements Key Skills: Experience in electrical wholesale or distributionStrong communication and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsProactive, organised, and team-focused approach
