As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:

Build strong relationships with business customers over the phone, delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities.

Learn about the company's products, customers and commercial operations through a structured training programme.

Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout.

Develop your sales, negotiation and commercial skills through both in-house and external training.

Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible experience for customers.

Build towards a future field sales role by developing strong relationship-building, business development and account management skills.Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A recent degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.

Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
