Team Leader – Door-to-Door Canvassing (Solar Lead Generation)

Location: Swansea, Cardiff, Newport

Salary: £27,000 (pa) plus commission

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Emerald Green Energy is expanding fast — and we’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and grow our door-to-door canvassing team in the Cardiff, Swansea and Newport area. Your team will be generating qualified appointments for our solar sales consultants to attend, helping homeowners save money while switching to sustainable energy.

What You'll Be Doing

* Leading and motivating a team of door-to-door canvassers

* Driving performance to meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

* Coaching and developing new canvassers in the field

* Organising team schedules and assigning canvassing zones

* Working closely with sales reps to ensure quality leads and feedback loops

* Reporting daily performance metrics to management

What We're Looking For

* Proven team leadership experience, preferably in door-to-door, face-to-face, or direct sales

* Strong communication and motivational skills

* Experience in solar, energy, or home improvement industries is a huge plus

* Target-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability

* Ability to lead from the front and canvass alongside xjnqpsq the team when required

* Must be based in Swansea Newport or Cardiff, with flexibility to travel locally
