Location: Shrewsbury & surrounding areas

Salary: Competitive salary + benefits + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to join a well established business, representing a trusted local brand and helping to grow its customer base across the Shrewsbury area.

This is a people focused, field based sales role where you'll spend your time out and about speaking directly with potential customers, introducing them to a range of quality products and services and turning conversations into new business.

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

* Carrying out targeted door to door canvassing across allocated areas

* Promoting a well-established local delivery service

* Acting as a professional and enthusiastic brand ambassador

* Speaking with members of the public and introducing them to the products and services available

* Building rapport quickly and confidently handling objections

* Using a positive approach to turn conversations into opportunities

* Taking details from new customers and ensuring information is passed to the relevant teams

* Travelling between target locations

* Working towards agreed sales targets and activity plans

* Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

* Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking

* A full UK driving licence holder

Previous sales experience would be advantageous, but it's not essential. We're particularly interested in people with the right personality, attitude and confidence who are keen to develop within a sales environment.

A DBS check will be required, with support provided by the employer.
