Commercial Account RepresentativeLocation: West MidlandsSalary: Competitive Contract: Permanent, Hybrid (3 days in office)I'm recruiting for a leading sustainable logistics and supply chain company specialising in providing sustainable, high-quality solutions across Europe who are looking for a Commercial Account Representative to join their customer service team in the West Midlands.In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting well-known brands and ensuring excellent service in a B2B setting. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll handle administrative tasks, manage stock levels, and build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
