The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can engage in meaningful conversations with business owners, understand their commercial challenges, and identify opportunities for growth. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, helping entrepreneurs make informed decisions about investing in their future.

You will work with warm inbound enquiries and prospective clients who are actively seeking support to grow their businesses. Your role will be to build strong relationships, uncover opportunities, present solutions, and ultimately secure investment into our premium business growth programmes.

This position would suit an ambitious salesperson who combines strong closing ability with commercial awareness and enjoys discussing business strategy, growth, leadership, profitability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with business owners, entrepreneurs, and company directors daily. Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand business goals and challenges. Build rapport and credibility with prospective clients. Present Trade Mastermind's programmes and growth solutions. Guide prospects through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Attend workshops and business events where required. Deliver professional consultations focused on business growth opportunities. Handle objections confidently and professionally. Negotiate and secure high–value sales. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially minded, and confident speaking with business owners.

A proven track record in sales or business development. Experience engaging with senior decision–makers. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Excellent communication and relationship–building skills. A consultative approach to selling. The ability to understand business challenges and identify solutions. Strong negotiation and closing skills. High levels of self–motivation, resilience, and professionalism. A genuine interest in entrepreneurship and business growth.
