We re seeking a dynamic and results–driven Area Sales Executive to grow our footprint in the waste management and environmental services sector. If you're passionate about sustainability, resource efficiency, and helping businesses reduce their environmental impact this is your opportunity to make a difference.

What You ll Be Doing

Identify and secure new business opportunities across Greater London, focusing on waste management and recycling solutionsDevelop tailored proposals for commercial and public sector clients, including industrial, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectorsPromote sustainable waste strategies including zero–to–landfill, circular economy initiatives, and carbon reductionCollaborate with internal teams (Operations, Technical, Legal, HR, Finance) to co–design winning service packagesUse Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track customer interactions, and drive retention and growthSupport integrated FM solutions where waste and environmental services are part of broader operational packages What We re Looking For

Proven experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental servicesStrong understanding of sustainability and low–carbon solutionsBusiness development experience, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectorsOperational and technical knowledge of waste systems (desirable)Ability to interpret financial models and deliver commercially viable solutionsExcellent communication and relationship–building skillsConfident presenter with experience in bid management and proposal deliveryDemonstrated success in lead generation and client growthCommercial awareness and negotiation skills What You ll Get
