Act as a key point of contact for clients, nurturing long-standing relationships and delivering tailored support

Manage daily enquiries and oversee the smooth administration of insurance policies

Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure seamless service across all departments

Maintain thorough and compliant records, ensuring accuracy in all documentation

Keep informed of industry changes and continually build your technical expertise

Identify opportunities to introduce additional services that align with client needs

Support marketing efforts and client engagement activities to enhance visibility and retentionSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within insurance or financial services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels

A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for building and maintaining strong relationships

Comfortable using a range of IT systems and quick to adapt to new technology

Strong understanding of the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
