Description
2-in-1 rowing machine in good condition. This model uses a quiet elastic bungee cord resistance system. It features three separate tension bands, allowing you to easily adjust the resistance by clipping or unclipping the cords depending on your workout.
Not used it as such, but it can be used as a home gym station for strength training (arms, chest, shoulders, and back). Features include a built-in fitness monitor (tracks time, calories, and strokes), a smooth six-wheel sliding seat, and large footplates with secure straps. Folds for easy storage.
