This is a simple superb example of the top line luxury version of the flagship Rover model, the 800. Its a facelift version of the MK2 Rover 800 and its in particularly fine order throughout. The British Racing Green paintwork is in remarkable order, as is the fine and very beautiful interior.

The V6 engine is a delight and the automatic transmission make this a very very comfortable car to drive indeed. There is both a sport and winter mode to the auto box and the sheer level of high quality finishing truly remind you that you are driving a British car!

The 800 series had the tough task of replacing the well loved Rover SD1 and car priced a real success and was in fact British top selling luxury car and constantly outsold the Granada from Ford, the Ford could not match the pure grace of the Rover and certainly did not offer the same level of high end luxury finish as the Rover.
